L Cut Fully Automatic Tunnel Shrink Machine

The fully automatic L cut shrink machine is built for production volumes that a semi-automatic machine cannot keep up with. The operator places products on the infeed conveyor; the machine wraps the film, makes the L seal and sends each pack into the shrink tunnel by itself. Depending on product size and film, it delivers 18-25 packs per minute.
The machine is PLC controlled and set from a touch screen. The infeed conveyor adjusts to the product width, and the leftover film (scrap) is wound up automatically. The sealing jaw works inside a closed cabin, and the system stops by itself if a product is fed incorrectly. The result is a safe, hands-free packaging line run by a single operator.
With its 540 x 440 mm sealing jaw it packs products up to 500 mm in length + height and 400 mm in width + height. The shrink tunnel is included, and the tunnel speed is adjusted by inverter.
