50X70 Manual Skinpack Vacuum Packaging Machine

The 50x70 manual skin pack machine needs no compressor; it runs on an electrical connection alone in workshops without compressed air. It has the same chamber, the same heaters and the same vacuum motor as the pneumatic model, only the movements are made by the operator.
The operator slides the heating plate back and forth by hand and lowers the film frame with the foot pedal. Once the film is hot and the frame is down, the vacuum starts and pulls the film over the products on the card. The pack comes out ready to hang, with the parts fixed and visible.
Output is only slightly lower than the pneumatic model. The difference is that these movements tire the operator when repeated all day. For businesses that pack a few hours a day, the manual model is both sufficient and more economical; if the machine will run all shift, we recommend the 50x70 pneumatic skin pack machine.
