The hot blister sealing machine bonds a formed plastic tray (blister) to its backing card using heat and pressure. The product is placed in the tray, a heat-seal coated card is laid on top, and the machine joins the two in 4-7 seconds.
Thanks to its 35 x 50 cm plate, as many products as fit in the mould are sealed in a single press. Temperature is set digitally between 50 and 250 °C, and pressing time between 0 and 12 seconds. It works with PVC, PET and PP trays.
Once opened, a blister pack cannot be closed again. For products sold on hanging displays, it shows the product clearly and prevents it from being opened and tried.
A sliding drawer makes loading products and changing moulds easy. The machine only runs when the operator presses two separate buttons with both hands, which keeps hands out of the pressing area.
